Planning a furniture shortlist

Furniture planning drawing beside a shelving and storage interior

A useful shortlist brings product ideas and project requirements into one place. It need not be complicated.

Organize by room

Group your furniture needs into living, bedroom, dining, storage and work areas. Add an approximate quantity for each type of piece.

Record what matters

  • Preferred dimensions and any access constraints.
  • Material, finish and color references.
  • Intended use and any specific requirements.
  • Destination and the project schedule you would like to discuss.

Leave room for clarification

If a detail is undecided, say so. Reference images and design previews are helpful for communicating preferences, but they are not confirmed specifications.

Send one clear request

Use the inquiry shortlist to collect several pieces, adjust quantities and send your requirements together. You can also send a general inquiry without selecting products.
